Ordering promotional products can feel unfamiliar — and sometimes a little daunting.

That’s completely normal.

At Grenada Promotions, our job is to take the pressure off, guide you through each step, and make sure you know exactly what’s happening from idea to delivery. No guesswork, no surprises — just a clear process that works.

Here’s how we do it.

 

Step 1: The Idea

Every order starts with an idea — or sometimes just a need.

You might know exactly what you want, after looking at PromoBasics or you might just know you need something to promote your business, an event, or a campaign. Either way, we’re here to help turn that need into the right idea.

We’ll talk through your goals, audience, timing and budget, and help shape a solution that makes sense for you.

 

Step 2: The Product

Once we understand the idea, we work with you to select the right product and decoration method.

Together, we’ll narrow down:

  • the most suitable product

  • the best branding option (print, embroidery, engraving, etc.)

  • what will deliver the most impact for your promotional spend

Our experience means we can recommend what works best — and what doesn’t — saving you time and money.

 

Step 3: The Order & Artwork

After the product is chosen, we prepare:

  • a detailed quote

  • once  quote is accepted, an artwork mock-up showing exactly how your branding will look

 

This means you can see precisely what you’re ordering before anything moves forward. Transparency is key — you’ll know what you’re getting, how it will look, and what it will cost.

 

Step 4: Confirmation

Once you’re happy, we ask for sign-off on both the order and the artwork.

This step is important. It ensures everyone is aligned before production begins. As soon as we receive your confirmation, we acknowledge it and lock everything in so the process can move ahead smoothly.

 

Step 5: Pre-Production

Your order now moves into pre-production.

At this stage, final checks are completed with suppliers and production is scheduled. We’ll notify you when your order enters pre-production. Once this stage begins, changes can no longer be made — this helps keep timelines accurate and production running on track.

 

Step 6: Normal Production

With pre-production complete and supplier approval confirmed, your order moves into full production.

We’ll keep you informed and, at this point, can provide an estimated dispatch date so you know when to expect your goods.

 

Step 7: Dispatch of Goods

When your products are ready, we arrange dispatch or pickup — whichever suits you best.

All goods are tracked, and we’ll keep you updated so you know when they’re on the move and when they arrive. From our hands to yours, we stay across the process until the job is done.
