What do your prices include? +
Our pricing is designed to be clear and easy for business customers to compare. All unit prices include setup costs, standard artwork handling, credit-card processing fees (Visa, MasterCard and Amex), and freight to Australian capital cities or major population centres. Remote or regional locations may incur additional freight charges.
By including these common costs upfront, you can budget accurately without unexpected add-ons later in the ordering process.
Prices displayed on our website are shown excluding GST. A full order confirmation, including GST and any applicable delivery variations, is always provided before production begins.
Will I receive an artwork proof? +
Yes. Every order includes an artwork proof before production starts. This proof shows logo placement, print size, colours and layout on the selected stress shape.
Orders are processed using the Grenada Promotional Products ordering system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Production only begins once you have reviewed and approved the artwork proof.
Are more promotional stress shapes available? +
Yes — the range shown online represents only a portion of what is available. Thousands of additional stress shapes are available through our supplier network.
If you have a specific industry, concept or shape in mind, we can help source suitable options or suggest alternatives.
Custom moulded stress shapes may also be available for larger campaigns, subject to minimum order quantities and lead times.

Why do your prices exclude GST? +
Most of our customers are Australian businesses that prefer to view pricing excluding GST for budgeting and comparison.
This approach allows clearer cost assessment without tax distortion.
A full order confirmation including GST is always supplied before the order proceeds.
How does the 6-week service work? +
The 6-week service applies to stress shapes printed overseas and shipped to Australia by sea freight.
This option suits larger quantities and offers a cost-effective solution when timelines allow.
Delays may occur during customs processing or peak periods such as Chinese New Year. Faster options may be available.
What should I know about stress-shape production? +
Stress shapes are made from PU foam and natural variation in colour, shape and finish is normal.
Ink density cannot be guaranteed due to release agents and curved surfaces. Fine details, halftones and large solid areas may not reproduce consistently.
Some colours may age over time. Stress shapes are for stress relief only and are not toys. They are not suitable for young children or pets. Samples or production proofs are recommended if consistency is critical.
